April Giveaway!
In celebration of starting my new blog I have decided to start things off with a giveaway. I got Lauren Oliver's Pandemonium shortly after reading Delirium. I really enjoyed the book and now I want to give you the chance to enjoy it to. All you have to do to enter this giveaway is fill out the rafflecopter form under this post. I will randomly choose one winner using rafflecopter and announce the winner on May 1st. This giveaway is open to U.S residents only.
Hi lovely!!! I"m always up for new books! So a book I read recently was The Penelopiad by Margaret Atwood and I'm currently reading IT by Steven King. I liked the Penelopiad because it follows the story of The Odyssey but takes place back in Ethica following his wife, Penelope. It's great, you should read it if you get the chance. My email is alyrocheleau@live.com
ok if you could fill out the rafflecopter form that would be great. I had to change things up a little to work better lol..totally new to this whole blog thing.
Nice! Commenting on new blogs is always fun. Not that I have commented on a lot of blogs anyways.
One book I (re)read recently was Five Flavors of Dumb by Antony John (which I once mistaken as Marc Anthony). It's one of those books you love so much, you breeze right through it.
Hmm...fast beginning, nice chapter endings, moral dilemmas, that "car crash" feeling, and the ability to influence audience sympathy.
I recently read Shadow Music by Julia Garwood and The Omen Machine by Terry Goodkind. I personally love romances set in England and Scotland no matter the time period. And I have read the entire Sword of Truth series so getting back with those characters was amazing! Both are great reads.
I love books that make me not want to put them down as well..there had been many nights when my boyfriend has had to bring me dinner in bed because I couldnt stop reading a book lol.
I recently read last breath by rachel caine from the morganville vampire series. I love any book with romance, fantasy, action, science fiction or dystopia. Last breath has many of those things and i would give it 5 starts.
Is it embarrassing my favorite book right now is on Wattpad?! Oops. How'd that happen? I think I may need to read more.. But I am still madly in love with Goose Girl by Shannon Hale. That came out at least five years ago, but it's timeless. Classic fairytale love story <3
I just finished I Hunt Killers by Barry Lyga this morning and really liked it. It was unbelievably creepy, but also really interesting. Unlike anything I've ever read.
Thanks for the giveaway and congrats on starting your new book blog! :) Im a new GFC follower and email subscriber. Feel free to email me anytime if you have any questions or need help with anything :)
I recently just read Predestined by Abbi Glines and I loved it. She is an awesome author!
Thank you for taking the time to stop by. I really appreciate your offer and may take you up on it sometime. Being new to this whole blogging thing im sure I will have a question sooner or later. :)
I loved Tiger's Curse by Colleen Houck. It is such a unique story about two princes cursed to be tigers except for 24 minutes a day. Loved the characters and unique story line. a fantastic read!
I recently read Finnikin of the Rock. I has seen a lot of reviews and they were all good. So I saw it at the library and picked it up on a whim. Ohhh, I loved it. Fantasy books seem to really hold my interest; I think that is what I loved most about it. If you liked Graceling, Fire, Grave Mercy, and the such, try Finnikin and the Rock. I now have Froi of the Exiles on request!!
